Oday Basheer

A humanitarian practitioner and community leader from Gaza with extensive experience leading Grassroots emergency response initiatives during the war. His work has focused on supporting displaced families through food security, water distribution, psychosocial support, and community-driven humanitarian efforts in active conflict settings.

Alongside his humanitarian work, Oday has experience in UX/UI design and human-centered digital solutions, combining technology with social impact. He is passionate about youth empowerment, education recovery, and peacebuilding, with a strong commitment to creating sustainable change and supporting communities through leadership, professionalism and innovation.
